Yes, tell us what you would like and we will work to it. If we find something during the groom that changes the plan, such as matting, we will call you to talk it through.
We do, and we are careful to respect a double coat rather than take too much off. Let us know your dog's breed when you book so we can plan the groom.
Many of the dogs we see are a little anxious, and some have had bad experiences elsewhere. We go at their pace and do what we can to make the visit a calm one.
Yes, we see plenty of first-timers and young dogs. A shorter puppy cut is a gentle way to start, and we will keep things relaxed.
We are at Green Garden Centre, Wycombe Rd, Studley Green, High Wycombe HP14 3UY. We are open 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
